Whether you're training to support your Park Run, preparing for your next adventure, or trying to set a good example for your family, 3D-Fitness can help.

Exercise and Nutrition is about taking care of your body and feeling good physically and mentally. 3D-Fitness achieves this through a minimalist approach, utilising time efficient methods and simple but effective nutrition strategies.

3D-Fitness clients don't want to be all show and no go! They want more energy, a strong body, and to move freely. However, we'd be lying if we didn't say that a leaner, healthier looking physique isn't an added bonus! With 3D-Fitness, you can achieve all of this through customised training and nutrition alongside expert coaching and support.

With an MSc in Sport & Exercise Science and 15+ years experience in elite sport and emergency services, you can rely on Andy and 3D-Fitness!
